Anichkov Kondratievich Ivan (1793 – 1857). Born in Tver province. He served in the Ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs, from 1818 till 1820 – in the office of the St. Petersburg military governor-general the Count Miloradovich which became close friends with poet Fedor Glinka, who made Anichkov in the Free Society of Lovers of Russian Literature.

From 1823, he – permanent librarian of the society. He published translations from French, published two "speech" – the Lomonosov and Derzhavin. At the end of life – a censor of the St. Petersburg post office.
