Lunacharsky Anatoly (11/11/1875 – 25/12/1933) was born November 11, 1875 in Poltava, in the family quite well-known bureaucrat.

He studied at the Kiev school, where he graduated in 1895. While still a student Lunacharsky carried away by social-democratic ideas, participated in revolutionary circles. After high school Lunacharsky went to Zurich, where he continued his studies at Zurich University, studying philosophy, science, sociology and other disciplines.

Acquaintance with GV Plekhanov, a prominent figure in the socialist movement in europium, expanded the scope of Marxist education Lunacharskiy. In 1898 he returned to Russia, where he worked in the Social-Democratic opganizatsiyah Moscow, Kaluga, Vologda. In Kaluga, Vologda and Lunacharsky was as an exile.

Several times he had to visit the imperial jail, including four months in Taganskaya. In 1904 Lunacharsky, visiting Lenin went abroad to participate in the Bolshevik newspaper "Forward" and "proletarian". Party name Warriors is the best characterized Lunacharskogo hawks, advocate the ideas of Bolshevism. Together with Vladimir Lenin Lunacharsky was a delegate to the Stuttgart Congress II International. In 1909 Lunacharsky arrived in Capri, where, together with Gorky and Bogdanov organized propaganda and agitational school for the workers.

For some time Lunacharsky sold in their views on the revolutionary movement with Lenin, but later admitted his mistakes. Returning in 1917 in Russia, Lunacharsky actively defended the idea of Bolshevism. After the October Revolution took Lunacharsky in the new government post of Commissar of Education, responsible for government activities in the field of education and culture.

During the Civil War Lunacharsky many traveled along the front, carrying out propaganda work. In 1929, under Stalin, Lunacharsky was removed from his post. In 1930 he was elected a full member of the Academy of Sciences.

In 1933 Lunacharski was appointed plenipotentiary USSR in Spain, but on December 25, en route to his new work, Menton in France, he died. During his life Lunacharskii wrote a lot of work covers the history, literature, literary criticism, art history, criticism.
