Born June 13, 1946 in Moscow. He graduated from the State Institute of Dramatic Art (1968). In 1968-1983 – an actor of the Moscow Youth Theatre, in 1974-1983 – Theatre. Moscow City Council, from 1983 – the theater-studio "Nikitsky Gate" led by M. Rozovsky.
Honored Artist of Russia (1992).
