Tsvetkova Elena (12.04.1961) – artist-designer, president of the Fashion House "Elena Tsvetkova; born in Isfara, Tajikistan SSR finished ballet school and theater studio in 1975, the Leningrad Institute of Textile and Light Industry to them.
